Children’s Hospice South West.
An outstanding charity who provides hospice care for babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions and their whole family.
Their vision is to provide high quality care to every baby, child and young person in the South West who may not live to their 18th birthday.
Hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of live care at 3 wonderful children’s hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.
It costs more than £16 million to keep their 3 hospices open & they are the only children’s hospice in the South West.
Therefore, 20% from every sale will head straight to Children’s Hospice South West.
