Imperfect Moss Agate Polaris

Our Sterling Silver Polaris ring, with an imperfect Moss Agate (14x10mm) stone.

This Moss Agate has got a natural white internal inclusion on the edge of the stone, which we believe will be covered by the setting.

Would love to find its forever home.

Please note: The ring photographed is the same style of ring you will receive, but not the same stone. Please read why below…

The Imperfects

We’re pretty fussy with what stones we’ll use in our pieces, which sadly leaves a lot of stones feeling lonely and left behind.

We believe they are still beautiful enough to be deserving of finding their forever homes, but at a cheaper price.

To keep them cheap as chips we won’t be photographing each and every stone (this takes time & patience Christine doesn’t have…) but rest assured any flaws are minimal and we will do our best to describe them.

Some imperfections are as small as pinprick, or just as simple as a wonky facet. Lots of other jewellers would likely use these stones anyway, but we’re not like other jewellers.

Ruby ★★★★★

The white inclusion on the edge is actually what sold me—it catches the light in a way that makes the stone feel one-of-a-kind rather than flawed. The silver band has a nice weight to it, and the 14x10mm size sits perfectly on my finger without being bulky.

I was a little nervous about the "imperfect" label, but that white inclusion on the edge actually gives the stone so much character, and the sterling silver band is beautifully lightweight for everyday wear. It's the kind of ring that catches the light from every angle, and I've gotten two complimen

Benjamin ★★★★★

The white inclusion on the edge is actually what sold me—it gives the stone so much character instead of looking factory-perfect. The silver band feels solid and the moss agate has that subtle earthy green glow that shifts in different light. Really glad I grabbed it before it sold out.
