Imperfect Lemon & Lime Quartz Polaris

Our Sterling Silver Polaris ring, with an imperfect Lemon & Lime Quartz (14x10mm)

This Quartz just has a pin prick inclusion on the underside of the stone, on the side that is covered mainly by the setting, but can still be seen ever so slightly through the stone!

Still an absolute head turner!

Please note: The ring photographed is the same style of ring you will receive, but not the same stone. Please read why below…

The Imperfects

We’re pretty fussy with what stones we’ll use in our pieces, which sadly leaves a lot of stones feeling lonely and left behind.

We believe they are still beautiful enough to be deserving of finding their forever homes, but at a cheaper price.

To keep them cheap as chips we won’t be photographing each and every stone (this takes time & patience Christine doesn’t have…) but rest assured any flaws are minimal and we will do our best to describe them.

Some imperfections are as small as pinprick, or just as simple as a wonky facet. Lots of other jewellers would likely use these stones anyway, but we’re not like other jewellers.

Timothy ★★★★★

The pin prick inclusion is honestly invisible unless you're hunting for it under a loupe—the stone faces up a gorgeous swirl of sunshine yellow and lime green. The sterling band has a nice weight to it, and the oval cut catches light beautifully from every angle.

That lemon and lime coloring really shifts in the light—sometimes it’s bright yellow, other times a cool green. The silver band is lightweight enough for daily wear, and I actually like that the flaw is tucked underneath, so it’s my own little secret.

The pin prick inclusion is honestly invisible when it’s on your finger—I keep tilting it toward the light just to find it. The silver band has a nice weight to it, and the lemon and lime tones shift beautifully depending on the angle.
